NSS Training and Orientation Centre
Started in the year 1973, the centre gives three orientations and three refresher courses every year for NSS Officers of colleges in Kerala and Lakshadweep.
It was started in the year 1973 as a collaborating agency under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India. The centre gives three orientations and three refresher courses every year for NSS Officers of colleges in Kerala and Lakshadweep. The other major activities include research studies on NSS and Youth Programmes, Evaluation of NSS activities in the state of Kerala, Consultancy services in the areas of programme planning, training, supervision, evaluation etc., orientation to NSS Volunteer Leaders and developmental activities in the adopted villages. The center provides training for NSS officials from Kerala University, Mahatma Gandhi University, Cochin University of Science & Technology, Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit, University of Calicut, Kannur University, HSC and VHSC Directorates and Technical Cell.
Rajagiri Family Counseling Center
Established in October 1999. The main objective of the centre is to strengthen the social fabric of the locality by preventing families from breaking up and promoting harmony in the family.
Rajagiri Family Counseling Centre was established in October 1999 as a live lab of Rajagiri College of Social Sciences. The Central Social Welfare Board, New Delhi funds the centre. The main objective of the centre is to strengthen the social fabric of the locality by preventing families from breaking up and promoting harmony in the family. Legal counseling has been started in the centre from October 2008 onwards. The service of the legal counselor for the grievances of women especially under Domestic Violence Act, 2005 is also available at the centre for three days a week.
Adoption Coordination Agency (ACA)
ACA is recognized by the Central Adoption Resources Authority (CARA) and sponsored by Ministry of Women and Child Development, Govt. of India.
ACA is an organization constituted for promoting in-country adoption. The ACA – Kerala came in to being in 1990 with the purpose to coordinate and support the adoption services of all the recognized and licensed adoption placement agencies in Kerala. ACA is recognized by the Central Adoption Resources Authority (CARA) and sponsored by Ministry of Women and Child Development, Govt. of India. So far ACA could place 2500 children in suitable Indian Families.
Indian Council of Social Welfare (ICSW)
ICSW has been functioning in Kerala since 3rd October 1954 with its state office in the campus of Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, Kalamassery, Ernakulam with District Branches in all the 14 districts of Kerala.
Indian Chapter of ICSW was started in 1947 at Mumbai and was responsible to lay National Welfare Policies in India and to form a separate Central Ministry of Welfare. ICSW has been functioning in Kerala since 3rd October 1954 with its state office in the campus of Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, Kalamassery, Ernakulam with District Branches in all the 14 districts of Kerala. International Council on Social Welfare [ICSW] is a worldwide voluntary sector network spread over 70 countries in the field of social welfare and policy.
Middle Level Training Centre (MLTC)
Established in 1982, it is the only State level training Centre in Kerala, which imparts training to the Supervisors of the Integrated Child Development Scheme from Kerala, Pondicherry and Lakshadweep.

It was established on 15th June 1982. The main task of the MLTC is to train supervisors of 163 ICDS projects in the state. The centre also monitors ICDS projects and Anganwadi Workers Training Centers in Kerala.

CHILDLINE is a national, 24-hour, free emergency telephonic helpline and out-reach service for children in need of care and protection. Rajagiri College is the Nodal Agency in Ernakulam District from 2001 onwards.

- Organising Training and Awareness Programmes
Legal Aid Cell
Legal Aid Cell is working for promoting legal literacy. Through the Legal Aid Clinics, free legal service is extended to the community.

Through the Legal Aid Clinics, free legal service is extended to the community. The cell participate in the arbitration and conciliation process and in Lok Adalats as well as set up litigation free zones.
