Mr. Amal Baby holds a Masters in Economics from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. During his under- and post-graduation years at Union Christian College, Aluva, he participated in various leadership programmes of the National Cadet Corps (NCC). He represented Kerala at the prestigious Republic Day camp held at New Delhi in 2009. He secured his NET qualification in 2013. Prior to joining Rajagiri College, he served as a lecturer at various institutions like UC College and Maharaja's College, Ernakulam.
