Mr Anand K. is an Assistant Professor (English) in Rajagiri College of Social Sciences (Autonomous), Kerala. He was awarded the ‘Innovative Teacher Award-2020’ by the Rotary Club of Madras Coromandel for his innovative teaching methods in ELT. He has a teaching experience of seven years in reputed institutions like U.C. College, Aluva, Maharaja’s College, Ernakulam, Govt. Polytechnic, Kalamassery, IGNOU etc. Apart from this, he has been working as a soft skill trainer in ASAP Kerala (a skill development initiative for the marginalised classes, by the state govt. of Kerala) since 2014. He is a regular columnist in the Grihashobha Magazine, under the Delhi Press Group. He was in the syllabus making panel for both the UG and PG courses (English) in Maharaja’s Govt. Autonomous College, Ernakulam and U.G. add-on courses in Mar Athanasius College, Kothamangalam. He also served as Sub-Editor in the prestigious Daily Bulletin Team of International Film Festival Kerala 2009 (Tvm) under the Editorial board headed by Dr V. C. Harris.
