DESCRIPTION

Training is teaching, or developing in oneself or others, any skills and knowledge or fitness that relate to specific useful competencies. Training has specific goals of improving one's capability, capacity, productivity and performance.

The first ever e-Training of Presidents and Secretaries ‘ASPIRE 2020’ were held on 25th and 26th July 2020. The training session started with the Official Inauguration ceremony at 9 am. PDRR Rtn. Luke Addison was the chief guest of the ceremony his experience sharing was one of the most interesting part of the ASPIRE. After the inauguration half an hour were spent for some activities, after that at 10:30am Rotractors had a session named lead with passion led by Rtn. Santhosh Kumar. Then at 11 am we had a session named Elevate Rotaract led by PDRR Thansen Pandi by that the morning session ends and all dispersed for lunch.

 At 5 pm with the ASPIRE analysis we began our evening session after that we had a session called Rotaract's Head to Toe led by IPDRR Ajay Shankar, the at 7 pm we had Yin Yang led by PDRR Vivek Basker and a one hour activities began from 8:45 pm. By this the day 1 ends.

The Day 2 begins with the ASPIRE analysis and after that we have a separate session for Presidents and Secretaries regarding Monthly Reporting and Documentation, after that begins 11am we had a 45-minute activity session led by Rtr. PP Abhijeet and by that the morning session end. At 5PM the evening session begins with the ASPIRE analysis followed by an interactive session on General Motivation led by PDRR Ajay Chandran. And the two-day training program came to an end with the valedictory session. Rtn Raja was the Chief Guest for the valedictory function.
