Webinar on ‘Disease Control by Mosquito Reduction around Homes and Neighborhoods’: 30th September 2022
Department of Biosciences & IQAC y jointly organized a free webinar on “Disease Control by Mosquito reduction around homes and Neighborhoods” on 30th September 2022. The resource person for the workshop was Dr. A. Daniel Reegan, Assistant Director (Entomology), National Centre for Disease Control, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, Bangalore. He has explained the significance and various aspects of reducing mosquitoes around homes. A total of 48 participants, including students, research scholars, and faculty members from various Government/aided/self-financing colleges of Ernakulam, have actively participated in the Webinar. An e-copy of the “Mosquito Control Handbook” was provided to the participants.
